摘要
目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A胶囊治疗红皮病型银屑病疗效.方法:选取80例红皮病型银屑病患者随机分组,对照组常规治疗,观察组患者则在此基础上口服阿维A胶囊,对比两组患者治疗前后银屑病皮损面积和严重程度.结果:观察组患者治疗4周、8周后PASI评分名低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗红皮病型银屑病不仅具有很好的疗效.
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with acitretin A capsule in the treatment of erythroderma psoriasis.Methods:80 cases of erythroderma psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups,and the control group was treated with routine treatment.The patients in the observation group took orally A capsules on this basis,and compared the area and severity of psoriasis in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:the PASI score of the observation group after treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:avi A capsule combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin has a good effect in the treatment of erythroderma psoriasis.
