摘要
描述了我国在地理标志产品方面保护制度的发展概况,从食用菌产业规模大小、地理标志产品保护制度受批状况、特点几方面介绍了国内食用菌所属类别地理标志产品现阶段的保护情况.以食用菌产品生产基地环境、培植原料、加工处理方式这三方面为基点,对地理标志产品保护核心因素进行了分析,研究了食用菌所属地理标志产品现阶段保护过程中发现的四个问题,即政府部门监察力度不够、地理标志产品保护专有标志使用不足、标准化工作不完善、保护制度不健全.
This paper describes the general situation of the development of China's protection system for geographical indication products,and introduces the current protection situation of domestic edible fungus'geographical indication products from the aspects of the scale of edible fungus industry,the approval status and characteristics of the protection system for geographical indication products.Based on the environment of edible fungus production base,cultivation raw materials and processing methods,the core factors of geographical indication product protection are analyzed,and four problems found in the current protection process of edible fungus geographical indication products are studied,namely,insufficient supervision by government departments,insufficient use of proprietary signs for geographical indication product protection,imperfect standardization and imperfect protection system.
