摘要
本文对肠道菌群研究中的实验设计、样本采集和处理、信息分析方法的基本原理与面临的问题及解决方案进行总结和探讨;强调标准化的实验流程、信息分析及质控方法,构建参考基因组及基线数据库的重要性;并展望了绝对定量、无菌动物、体外模拟等关键技术的应用前景,这些技术将为肠道菌群基础研究在精准医学、精准营养、精准干预中的应用打下坚实的基础.
We summerize and discuss the experimental design,sample collection and operation,the basic principle of data analysis as well as its problems and solutions in the study about gut microbione research.We emphasize the importance of standardized experimental procedures,data analysis and qualitative methods and the construction of reference genome or baseline databases.Meanwhile the prospective application of absolute quantitative,germ-free animals,in vitro simulation is also discussed.These will lay a solid foundation for the fundamental research of intestinal flora in precise medicine,precise nutrition and precise intervention.
