产前诊断胎儿颈项透明层增厚伴47,XYY一例 被引量：1

摘要 孕妇32岁,身体健康状况良好,平素月经规律.孕1产0,本次妊娠孕早期无感冒史,无病毒感染,无有毒、有害物质及放射线接触史.孕妇及其父母均非近亲婚配,否认家族中有遗传病或先天畸形患者.孕12+6周行胎儿颈项透明层(nuchal translucency,NT)超声筛查,NT=2.6 mm(正常参考值<2.46);行孕妇外周血胎儿游离DNA产前检查,提示胎儿性染色体异常.
