摘要
目的 探讨甲状旁腺腺瘤(PA)的诊断和治疗方法.方法 采用回顾性分析法对2008年6月至2018年6月期间接受PA手术的21例患者资料进行研究.结果 全部患者血钙和甲状旁腺激素(PTH)与正常值相比偏高;经探查发现19例患者表现为单侧腺瘤,2例患者表现为双侧病变.行PA手术治疗后,出现低钙血症患者有16例.结论 对于PA患者,有效治疗的唯一方法是采用手术切除;PA手术治疗易并发低钙血症并发症,可通过口服及静脉补充钙剂方法来进行预防和治疗.
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of parathyroid adenoma(PA).Methods The clinical data of 21 cases of parathyroid adenoma treated in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Serum calcium and parathyroid hormone(PTH)in 21 patients were higher than normal.19 cases of unilateral parathyroid exploration showed unilateral adenoma and 2 cases of bilateral parathyroid exploration found bilateral lesions.Hypocalcemia occurred in 16 cases after operation.Conclusion Surgical resection is the only effective treatment for parathyroid adenoma.After operation,oral and intravenous calcium supplementation can effectively prevent and treat the occurrence of hypocalcemia.
