摘要
校长任职初期是其专业发展的起始阶段,也是关键阶段,我国新任校长培训始于中小学校长"持证上岗"制度的确立.近年来,校长任职资格培训在提升校长持证率上取得了丰硕成果,但新任校长培训还存在职前储备培训欠缺和职后适应培训不足的问题.基于此,构建了中小学新任校长的"二三三"培训模式.
The initial period of headmasters’employment is the beginning and the key period of headmasters’professional development.The training of newly-appointed headmasters in China began with the establishment of the certificates system for the headmaster.In recent years,the professional qualification training of principals has achieved fruitful results in improving the certification rate of principals.However,there are still some problems in the training of new principals,such as lack of pre-service training and lack of post-service adaptation training.In view of this,this paper constructs the“two stages,three links and three combination”training mode for new primary and secondary school principals.
