在“一带一路”建设推进中,要注重国家形象建构和对外关系的话语权争夺。首先要创造更多的共享概念,在国际上得到更广泛的认同。在对外传播的时候,需要思考传播传统文化精粹讲什么、怎么讲的问题。在实际操作层面,对于海外资产、海外利益保护,需要海外中国企业和民间组织的民间外交,做到民心相通。“民心”工程是一项战略性的工程,是对外传播的友谊桥梁。
As the BRI progresses,it is crucial to prioritize building a strong national image and strengthening China's voice in international affairs.First,we need to promote new shared concepts for greater recognition worldwide.We must consider what and how to convey the best of fine traditional Chinese culture in international communications.From the perspective of practical operation,overseas Chinese enterprises and non-governmental organizations play a vital role in safeguarding assets and interests abroad since their non-governmental diplomacy fosters a sense of people-to-people connectivity.At last,the people-to-people endeavors serve as a strategic project and a bridge of friendship in fostering international communication.
