摘要
从信号收集、故障机理、诊断方案几个方面介绍了汽轮机设备故障诊断技术的发展状况和诊断技术的内容,并且对各种诊断方法的特点进行了比较,提出了汽轮机回热系统诊断的难点.根据各类诊断技术的特点,指出了汽轮机回热系统故障诊断的发展趋势:回热系统的故障诊断将继续融合热力诊断、性能诊断、逻辑推理等方法及人工智能、数据挖掘等技术,实现全方位的检测技术和对已有知识体系的深度融合技术.
The development of fault diagnosis technology and the content of diagnostic technology for steam turbine form signal collection,fault mechanism and diagnosis scheme are introduced.It is compared the characteristics of various diagnostic methods and explain the difficulties in the diagnosis of reheat system.The trend of diagnosis that the fault diagnosis of the steam turbine reheat system is pointed out:it will continue to integrate thermal diagnosis,performance diagnosis,logical reasoning as well as other methods like artificial intelligence and simulation to achieve a comprehensive detection technology and fusion technology to existing knowledge systems.
