摘要
目的分析三种足部按摩方式促进产妇产后康复的护理效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年6月于该院收治的120例产妇作为研究对象,随机将其划分为A、B、C 3组,每组40例。A组采取常规足部按摩方法,B组则采取手法按摩,C组则采取按摩器按摩。观察3组产妇产后不同时间恶露量差异,同时比较3组产妇在排气、排便时间方面的差异。结果A组产后不同时间的恶露量明显高于B、C两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B、C两组产后不同时间的恶露量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组平均排气、排便时间明显长于B、C两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B、C两组平均排气、排便时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论常规按摩方法在产妇产后康复中的应用效果低于手法按摩与按摩器按摩,考虑到操作便捷性,按摩器按摩的应用价值最高,值得在临床中广泛推广应用。
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of three kinds of foot massage methods to promote puerpera postpartum rehabilitation.Methods 120 cases of parturient women admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into three groups,A,B and C,with 40 cases in each group.Group A took regular foot massage,group B took manual massage,and group C took massager massage.To observe the difference of lochia amount in different postpartum time,and to compare the difference in exhaust and defecation time.Results The amount of lochia in group A at different postpartum time was significantly higher than that in group B and group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).B There was no statistically significant of lochia between the two group at difference time afeer delivery(P>0.05).The mean time of exhaust and defecation in group A was significantly longer than that in group B and group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the mean time of exhaust and defecation in group B and group C was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application effect of conventional massage method in puerpera postpartum rehabilitation is lower than that of manual massage and massager.Considering the convenience of operation,massager has the highest application value,which is worthy of extensive application in clinical practice.
