摘要
目的探讨淋巴引流术联合康复指导在下肢淋巴水肿患者中的应用效果.方法选择2018年3月—2019年2月收治的下肢淋巴水肿患者50例,采用数字法分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组给予康复治疗干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合淋巴引流术联合康复指导治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的ADL(日常生活能力)评分.结果两组治疗前ADL评分、患肢周率比与水分比率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后4周ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后4周患肢周率比与水分比率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论淋巴引流术联合康复指导能够更有效地治疗下肢淋巴水肿,提高患者的日常生活能力.
Objective To explore the effect of lymphatic drainage combined with rehabilitation guidance in patients with lower extremity lymphedema.Methods 50 patients with lymphedema of the lower extremities admitted from March 2018 to February 2019 were divided into the control group and the observation group by digital method.The control group was given rehabilitation treatment intervention.The observation group was combined with lymphadenectomy and rehabilitation guidance treatment on the basis of the control group,and the ADL scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in ADL score before treatment,the ratio of weekly rate of affected limb and water ratio,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the ADL score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the ratio of weekly rate of affected limb and water ratio in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion Lymphatic drainage combined with rehabilitation guidance can be more effective in the treatment of lower extremity lymphedema,improve the ability of daily life of patients.
