摘要
目的评价子宫肌瘤手术患者行健康教育、康复护理干预联合手段对患者手术预后的影响,在提高护理质量的同时促进子宫肌瘤患者康复.方法选择该院2018年9月—2019年6月收治行手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者,总计96例.进行子宫肌瘤患者分组护理,采取随机法,对照组48例、联合组48例子宫肌瘤患者分别采取常规护理、常规护理+健康教育+康复护理干预,对比2组子宫肌瘤患者康复效果.结果联合组子宫肌瘤患者干预后焦虑、抑郁情绪评分以及疼痛评分均优于对照组,术后排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,恶心呕吐等并发症少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针对子宫肌瘤手术患者,在常规护理的同时落实健康教育联合康复护理干预可以促进患者术后恢复、稳定患者心理、减轻患者疼痛感,预防和减少了术后并发症风险,护理效果显著.
Objective To evaluate the effect of health education and rehabilitation nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with hysteromyoma operation,and to improve the quality of nursing and promote the recovery of patients with hysteromyoma.Methods From September 2018 to June 2019,96 cases of hysteromyoma were treated by operation in our hospital.The patients in the control group and the combined group were treated with routine nursing,routine nursing+health education+rehabilitation nursing intervention respectively.Results the scores of anxiety,depression and pain in the combined group were better than those in the control group,and the postoperative exhaust time,out of bed activity time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group.The complications of nausea and vomiting were less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion for the patients with hysteromyoma surgery,the implementation of health education combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention can promote the postoperative recovery,stabilize the patients'psychology,reduce the patients'pain,prevent and reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and the nursing effect is significant.
