摘要
目的对糖尿病足患者换药过程中,应用相应的护理模式干预,分析具体的应用效果.方法2018年1月—2019年1月期间来该院诊治的糖尿病足患者中,选60例进行研究,按照入院的先后顺序将其分为实验1组和实验2组两组,每组中安排30例患者.让实验1组患者接受常规护理模式的干预,把换药护理模式应用到对实验2组的干预中,对两组患者对护理的满意度、平均换药次数、平均愈合时间进行比较和分析.结果根据统计结果中的数据来看,实验2组比实验1组的护理满意度高,平均换药次数较少,平均愈合时间较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对糖尿病足患者换药过程中,应用相应的护理模式干预,能提升患者对护理的满意度,减少平均换药次数,缩短平均愈合时间,帮助患者早日恢复健康,价值和意义极大,值得借鉴应用.
Objective To apply the corresponding nursing mode intervention in the dressing change process of diabetic foot patients,and analyze the specific application effect.Methods Among the diabetic foot patients who came to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019,60 patients were selected for the study,and they were divided into experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 according to the order of admission,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in experimental group 1 received the intervention of conventional nursing mode,and the dressing change nursing mode was applied to the intervention of experimental group 2.The satisfaction with nursing,average number of dressing change and average healing time of patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results According to the data in the statistical results,the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group 2 was higher than that of the experimental group 1,the average number of dressing changes was less,the average healing time was shorter,and the difference had certain statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of dressing change for diabetic foot patients,the application of the corresponding nursing mode intervention,can improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing,reduce the average number of dressing change,shorten the average healing time,help patients to recover early health,great value and significance,it is worth using for reference.
