摘要
目的 观察液针刀治疗手指屈肌腱腱鞘炎的临床疗效.方法 选取2018年8月—2019年8月该院筛选的受试患者60例为研究对象,均分为治疗组(A组)和对照组(B组),每组30例.A组患者予液针刀治疗,B组采用单纯口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片,记录治疗前后及随访的疼痛评分(VAS)、改良Michigan手功能评价量表(MHQ)分值,并评价疗效.结果 两组治疗后VAS、MHQ分值较治疗前下降明显(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);与治疗后相比,随访时治疗组VAS、MHQ分值无显著变化(P>0.05),对照组VAS、MHQ分值变化明显(P<0.01).结论 液针刀治疗手指屈肌腱腱鞘炎可以及时缓解疼痛、改善功能,疗效明显,同时防止复发更好,临床上可以推广.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of needle-knife injection in the treatment of finger flexor tendon and tenosynovitis.Methods 60 patients with flexor tendon tenosynovitis who were clearly diagnosed in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected.They were divided into a treatment group(group A)and a control group(group B),30 cases in each group.Patients in group A were treated with needle-knife injection,and patients in group B were given oral diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets.The pain score(VAS),modified Michigan hand function evaluation scale(MHQ)score before and after treatment and follow-up were recorded,and the efficacy was evaluated.Results After treatment,the VAS and MHQ scores of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).Compared with after treatment,the VAS and MHQ scores of the treatment group at follow-up had no significant change(P>0.05),and the VAS and MHQ scores of the control group changed significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion The needle-knife injection for the treatment of finger flexor tendon and tenosynovitis can relieve pain and improve function in a timely manner,has obvious curative effect,and at the same time prevents relapse better,it can be promoted clinically.
