填充绘画训练对双相情感障碍患者康复效果的影响

摘要 目的探讨填充绘画训练对双相情感障碍患者康复效果的影响.方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年12月在该院就诊治疗的双相情感障碍患者120例临床资料,按干预措施不同分为对照组(药物治疗+健康教育,60例)和观察组(药物治疗+健康教育+填充绘画训练,60例),对比两组干预前后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo-CA)评分、功能失调性状况量表(DAS)评分及社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分.结果干预前,两组Mo-CA评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组Mo-CA评分较干预前高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组DAS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组DAS评分较干预前低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组SDSS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SDSS评分明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论填充绘画训练能够有效改善双相情感障碍患者的认知功能及社会功能,并调节功能失调性状况. Objective To explore the effect of filling painting training on the rehabilitation of patients with bipolar affective disorder.Methods 120 patients with bipolar affective disorder who were received by our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and retrospectively analyzed.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into a control group(drug therapy+health education,60 cases)and an observation group(drug therapy+health education+filling painting training,60 cases).The scores of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(Mo-CA),the Dysfunction Condition Scale(DAS)and Social Function Defect Screening Scale(SDSS)before and after intervention between the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,compared Mo-CA score between the two groups,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05);after intervention,the Mo-CA score of the two groups was higher than before,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,the difference in the DAS scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after intervention,the DAS scores of the two groups were lower than before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,the SDSS scores of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after intervention,the SDSS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fill painting training can effectively improve the cognitive function and social function of patients with bipolar affective disorder and regulate their dysfunctional condition.
