摘要
目的探究参苓白术散加减配合针灸治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的临床疗效.方法选取2019年3月—2020年3月在西南医科大学附属中医医院进行治疗的脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者72例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组36例.应用参苓白术散加减配合针灸治疗的为观察组,单纯应用针灸治疗的为对照组.对比两组临床疗效、胃脘痛程度评分、生活质量、心理状态评分情况.结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的胃脘痛程度评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的社会、躯体、环境、心理、综合的生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者采用参苓白术散加减配合针灸治疗,可帮助患者快速康复,改善其生活质量,降低胃脘痛程度,取得显著治疗效果,具有临床应用价值.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with acupuncture on epigastric pain of spleen and stomach deficient-cold type.Methods A total of 72 patients with epigastric pain of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type who were treated in Affiliated TCM Hospital of Southwest Medical Univergity from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with the modified Shenling Baizhu powder combined with acupuncture,and the control group was treated with acupuncture alone.The clinical efficacy,the score of stomach pain,the quality of life,and the mental state score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of stomach pain of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The social,physical,environmental,psychological,and comprehensive quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with epigastric pain of spleen and stomach deficient-cold type,the use of modified Shenling Baizhu powder combined with acupuncture treatment can help the patient to recover quickly,improve the patient's quality of life,reduce the degree of stomach pain,and obtain significant therapeutic effect,which has clinical value.
