摘要
目的观察早期康复护理用于脑卒中患者临床护理中的效果.方法选择吉林省松原市中心医院2018年4月—2019年8月收治的80例脑卒中患者,40例接受常规药物治疗与护理(传统组),另40例在传统组基础上进行早期康复护理(试验组),比较两组患者神经、运动及吞咽功能改善情况.结果干预前,两组患者BI、FMA及NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者BI、FMA得分均高于本组治疗前,NIHSS评分低于本组治疗前,且和传统组相比,试验组患者各项评分改善程度更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者吞咽功能均较差,组间分级情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组总有效率为85.0%,高于传统组的42.5%,提示试验组患者吞咽功能改善效果更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑卒中患者采用早期康复护理,能促进各项功能恢复,提升生活自理能力,值得推广.
Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing in clinical nursing of stroke patients.Methods A total of 80 stroke patients admitted to Songyuan Central Hospital from April 2018 to August 2019 were selected.40 patients received conventional medical treatment and nursing(the traditional group),and on this basis,the other 40 patients received early rehabilitation nursing(experimental group).The improvement of nerve,motor and swallowing function of the two groups was compared.Results Before the intervention,the BI,FMA and NIHSS scores of the two groups of patients were not statistically different(P>0.05);after the intervention,the BI and FMA scores of the two groups of patients were higher than those before treatment,and the NIHSS scores were lower than those before treatment.Compared with the traditional group,the scores of the experimental group improved significantly,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the swallowing function of the two groups of patients were both poor,and the differences in grading between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 85.0%,which was higher than 42.5%of the traditional group,suggesting that the swallowing function of the experimental group improved better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients can promote the recovery process of various functions and improve the ability of self-care in life.It is worthy of promotion.
