摘要
目的 探讨中药熏洗在手外伤康复治疗中的效果.方法 随机抽取2018年7月—2019年6月收治的100例手外伤术后患者,分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),两组术后均给予常规治疗和功能康复训练,观察组配合中药熏洗,观察两组临床疗效.结果 观察组治疗后血液循环状态评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗总有效率为94%,显著高于对照组的68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对手外伤术后患者进行中药熏洗,能够有效促进患指屈伸活动的恢复,疗效显著、简易便行,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the rehabilitation of hand injuries.Methods 100 cases of postoperative hand trauma patients admitted from July 2018 to June 2019 were randomly selected and divided into an observation group(50 cases)and a control group(50 cases).Both groups were given conventional treatment and functional rehabilitation training after operation.The observation group was given combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results The blood circulation status score of the observation group after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94%,which was significantly higher than 68%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing for post-traumatic patients can effectively promote the recovery of the flexion and extension activities of the affected finger.The curative effect is obvious,simple and convenient,and it is worthy of clinical application.
