摘要
目的分析肩周炎患者应用关节松动术结合温针灸治疗对关节活动度和疼痛的改善效果。方法选取2019年5月—2020年5月该院收治的68例肩周炎患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法,将患者分为实验组和对照组,各34例。对照组患者给予关节松动术治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上给予温针灸治疗,对比两组患者治疗后肩关节疼痛评分、肩关节活动度以及治疗有效性。结果实验组患者治疗后肩关节疼痛评分低于对照组,且实验组肩关节外展、肩关节后伸评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗总有效率97.06%高于对照组的73.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肩周炎患者采用关节松动术结合温针灸治疗,对改善肩关节活动度与关节疼痛有着显著效果,值得进一步推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of joint mobilization combined with warm needle moxibustion treatment on joint mobility and pain in patients with frozen shoulder.Methods:A total of 68 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with joint mobilization,and patients in the experimental group were treated with warm needle moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The shoulder joint pain,shoulder joint range of motion and treatment effectiveness after treatment of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The scores of shoulder joint pain in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of shoulder joint abduction and shoulder extension in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.06%,higher than 73.53%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The joint mobilization combined with warm acupuncture treatment in patients with frozen shoulder has a significant effect on improving shoulder joint mobility and joint pain,and it is worthy of further promotion.
