摘要
目的探讨盆底康复治疗对全子宫切除术后患者盆底肌功能及性功能的影响.方法选取该院2017年6月—2020年5月收治的84例全子宫切除术后患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例.对照组采用凯格尔训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用盆底康复治疗,对比两组患者的术后盆底肌功能障碍相关指标水平、术后7d及6个月的盆底肌力和疲劳度、治疗前后性生活质量评分.结果观察组患者的术后盆底肌功能障碍相关指标改善程度、术后6个月的盆底肌力分级情况及盆底肌疲劳度、治疗后性生活质量评分均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论全子宫切除术后患者采用盆底康复治疗,可改善盆底肌功能和性功能,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment on the pelvic floor muscle function and sexual function of patients after total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 84 patients after total hysterectomy admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group used Kegel training,and the observation group used pelvic floor rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.The postoperative pelvic floor muscle dysfunctionrelated index levels,pelvic floor muscle strength and fatigue at 7 days and 6 months after surgery,and the quality of sexual life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of related indexes of postoperative pelvic floor muscle dysfunction after operation,pelvic floor muscle strength classification and pelvic floor muscle fatigue at 6 months after operation,and the quality of sexual life score after treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pelvic floor rehabilitation to patients after total hysterectomy can improve their pelvic floor muscle function and sexual function,and it is worthy of clinical application.
