摘要
目的探讨沙盘游戏联合感觉统合训练治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)的临床效果.方法选取该院2019年3月—2020年3月收治的61例ADHD患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组30例与观察组31例,对照组接受沙盘游戏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受感觉统合训练治疗.观察并对比两组患儿干预前和干预后的症状改善情况以及感觉统合功能.结果干预前,两组患者对立违抗、多动冲动、注意缺陷、前庭失衡、触觉防御、本体感觉、学习能力评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).干预后,观察组对立违抗、多动冲动、注意缺陷评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组前庭失衡、触觉防御、本体感觉、学习能力评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论沙盘游戏联合感觉统合训练通过改善ADHD患儿的感觉统合功能,从而促进其行为多动、注意缺陷等临床症状的缓解.
Objective To explore the effect of sand table game combined with sensory integration training in the treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods A total of 61 ADHD patients admitted to the hospital from Mareh 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group with 30 cases and the observation group with 31 cases according to the random number table method.The control group received sand table game,and the observation group received sensory integration training on the basis of the control group.The symptom improvement and sensory integration function of the two groups before and after the intervention were observed and compared.Results Before intervention,the scores of oppositional defiant,hyperactivity-impulsivity,attention deficit,vestibular imbalance,tactile defense,proprioception,and learning ability were compared between the two groups,and the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of oppositional defiant,hyperactivity and impulsivity and attention deficit in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of vestibular imbalance,tactile defense,proprioception and learning ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control-group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sand table game combined with sensory integration training improves the sensory integration function of children with ADHD,thereby promoting the relief of their clinical symptoms such as hyperactivity and attention deficit.
