摘要
目的探讨综合护理在小儿支气管肺炎康复中的应用效果.方法选取该院2019年7月-2020年7月收治的支气管肺炎患儿102例为研究对象,以抽签法将其随机分成两组,每组51例.对照组患儿在治疗期间采用常规护理,观察组患儿在对照组基础上采用综合护理,对比两组患儿的护理效果、恢复时间、肺功能指标及并发症发生情况.结果观察组患儿的体温复常时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、住院治疗时间分别为(2.92±0.82)d、(8.21±2.92)d、(7.41±2.67)d、(10.59±2.93)d,均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患儿护理前的各项肺功能指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿护理后的各项肺功能指标均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗期间的并发症发生率为0.00%,显著低于对照组的7.84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合护理在支气管肺炎患儿护理中具有较高的应用价值,能缩短患儿的康复周期,改善其肺功能,并降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in the rehabilitation of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods A total of 102 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups by lottery,with 51 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with routine nursing during the treatment period,and the children in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect,recovery time,lung function indicators and complications of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the time of body temperature returning to normal,cough disappearance time,lung rale disappearance time,and hospitalization time were(2.92±0.82)d,(8.21±2.92)d,(7.41±2.67)d,(10.59±2.93)d,all shorter than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the lung function indexes of the two groups of children before nursing(P>0.05);the lung function indexes of the observation group of children after nursing were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate during treatment in the observation group was 0.00%,which was significantly lower than 7.84%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has high application value in the nursing of children with bronchial pneumonia.It can shorten the recovery period of children,improve their lung function,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
