摘要
目的探讨脑梗死偏瘫患者采用Bobath技术联合肌电生物反馈治疗的效果.方法选取该院2019年12月—2020年12月收治的86例脑梗死偏瘫患者为研究对象,采取随机数表法分为两组,每组43例.两组患者均接受常规神经内科药物治疗,对照组采用Bobath技术治疗,研究组则在对照组基础上采用肌电生物反馈治疗.观察并对比两组治疗效果.结果治疗4、8、12周后,研究组的Barthel指数得分为(68.17±5.24)分、(75.63±4.67)分、(83.34±3.98)分,高于对照组的(61.44±6.37)分、(66.23±5.95)分、(72.28±5.14)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗12周后,研究组上肢、下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表得分分别为(42.43±3.48)分、(26.74±3.16)分,高于对照组的(31.54±2.78)分、(18.53±2.31)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对脑梗塞偏瘫患者采用Bobath技术联合肌电生物反馈治疗能提高患者日常生活能力与运动功能,值得推广.
Objective To investigate the effect of Bobath technique combined with myoelectric biofeedback on hemiplegia patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 86 cases of hemiplegia patients with cerebral infarction were selected for the study from December 2019 to December 2020,and were divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional neurological medication,the control group was treated with the Bobath technique and the study group was treated with the EMG biofeedback technique on top of the control group.Observe the treatment in both groups.Results After 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the Barthel index scores of the study group were(68.17±5.24)points,(75.63±4.67)points and(83.34±3.98)points,which were higher than those of the control group(61.44±6.37)points,(66.23±5.95)points and(72.28±5.14)points,with a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the scores on the Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale for the upper and lower limbs in the study group were(42.43±3.48)points and(26.74±3.16)points respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(31.54±2.78)points and(18.53±2.31)points,with a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the Bobath technique combined with EMG biofeedback in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia improves the patient's ability to perform activities of daily living and motor functions and is worth promoting.
