摘要
目的探究康复训练护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能、生活及睡眠质量的影响.方法选取2019年9月—2021年8月该院收治的68例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分成两组,各34例.对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用康复训练护理.对比两组腰椎功能、生活质量、睡眠质量、疼痛状况以及护理满意度.结果护理后,研究组日本骨科协会评估治疗分数量表(JOA)评分、日常生活能力指数量表(ADL)评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者采取康复训练护理有良好价值,可改善患者腰椎功能、生活及睡眠质量,提高其护理满意度.
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation training nursing on lumbar spine function,life and sleep quality in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 68 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who were admitted to the hospital from September 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received rehabilitation training nursing on the basis of the control group.The lumbar spine function,quality of life,sleep quality,pain status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores scale and activity of daily living scale(ADL)scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation has a good value,which can improve the lumbar spine function,life and sleep quality,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
