摘要
目的探究老年股骨头缺血性坏死患者采用全髋关节置换术联合中医康复疗法治疗的效果.方法选择我院2018年1月—2020年11月收治的老年股骨头缺血性坏死患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组.对照组40例采用全髋关节置换术联合常规康复疗法治疗,研究组40例采用全髋关节置换术联合中医康复疗法治疗.比较两组的髋关节功能恢复优良率、疼痛评分及髋关节功能评分.结果研究组的髋关节功能恢复优良率为75.00%,高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者的各项Harris髋关节评分均高于治疗前,且研究组疼痛、功能、畸形及活动度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组各时段的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)均低于治疗前,且研究组各时段VAS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论老年股骨头缺血性坏死患者采用全髋关节置换术后联合中医康复疗法治疗的效果显著,可有效减轻术后疼痛,促进髋关节功能恢复,值得推广使用.
Objective To explore the effect of total hip arthroplasty combined with TCM rehabilitation therapy in elderly patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head.Methods 80 elderly patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method.40 patients in the control group was treated with total hip replacement combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy,while 40 patients in the study group was treated with total hip replacement combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy.The excellent and good rate of hip function recovery,pain score and hip function scores were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of functional recovery of hip joint in the study group was 75.00%,which was higher than 50.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Harris hip scores in the two groups were higher than before,and the scores of pain,function,deformity and range of motion in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS)of pain of each time in both groups were lower than before,and the VAS scores of each time in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Total hip replacement combined with TCM rehabilitation therapy for elderly patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce postoperative pain and promote the recovery of hip function,and is worth popularizing.
