摘要
目的观察血清维生素A、D水平在不同体质量指数(BMI)儿童中的表达情况,并分析其与肥胖的相关性.方法选取2019年1月—2021年6月本院接收的2000例儿童为研究对象,所有儿童均在入院后次日清晨测量身高、体重及血清维生素A、D水平,调查并记录相关资料,并分析血清维生素A、D水平与肥胖发生的相关性.结果经统计,2000例儿童中,体重正常638例,占31.90%;超重700例,占35.00%;肥胖662例,占33.10%.肥胖儿童血清维生素A、D水平最低,其次为超重,体重正常儿童的血清维生素A、D水平最高,三组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).肥胖儿童的BMI最高,其次为超重,体重正常儿童的BMI最低,三组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).经双变量Pearson直线相关性分析,血清维生素A、D水平与肥胖呈负相关(r=-0.304、-0.110,P<0.05).结论血清维生素A、D水平在超重及肥胖儿童中水平较低,且血清维生素A、D水平与肥胖相关.
Objective To observe the expression of serum vitamin A and vitamin D levels in children with different body mass index(BMI),and to analyze the correlation between them and obesity.Methods A total of 2000 children enrolled in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the subjects.All children were measured in the morning after admission for height,weight and serum vitamin A and D levels,and the correlation between serum vitamin A and D levels and obesity were analyzed.Results Among 2000 children,638 were normal weight,accounting for 31.90%;700 cases were overweight,accounting for 35.00%;662 cases were obese,accounting for 33.10%.The serum levels of vitamin A and vitamin D in obese children were the lowest,followed by overweight children,and the serum levels of vitamin A and vitamin D in normal weight children were the highest,and the differences between the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The obese children had the highest BMI,followed by overweight children,and normal weight children had the lowest BMI,and the differences between the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Through bivariate Pearson linear correlation analysis,the levels of serum vitamin A and D were negatively correlated with obesity(r=-0.304,-0.110,P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum vitamin A and D are low in overweight and obese children,and the levels of serum vitamin A and D are correlated with obesity.
