摘要
目的探讨斜T型锁定加压钢板(LCP)掌侧入路在桡骨远端骨折患者中的应用效果.方法选择我院2017年5月—2021年8月收治的84例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各42例.对照组采用普通钢板掌侧入路术,观察组采用斜T型LCP掌侧入路术,两组均持续随访3个月.对比两组临床疗效、腕关节功能以及围术期指标.结果观察组临床总有效率95.24%高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后3个月尺偏角(19.96±2.55)°、掌倾角(12.35±2.38)°均大于对照组的(15.71±2.46)°、(10.62±2.33)°,桡骨高度(12.64±2.39)mm高于对照组的(9.36±2.27)mm,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组骨折愈合时间为(76.76±3.85)d,短于对照组的(83.86±4.17)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论斜T型LCP掌侧入路治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效显著,有利于改善其腕关节功能,且骨折愈合及术后恢复时间更短.
Objective To investigate the application effect of oblique T-shaped locking compression plate(LCP)volar approach in patients with distal radius fractures.Methods 84 patients with distal radius fractures admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with volar approach with ordinary plate,while the observation group was treated with oblique T-shaped LCP volar approach.Both groups were followed up for 3months.The clinical efficacy,wrist joint function and perioperative indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 80.95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the ulnar declination and palmar inclination of the observation group were(19.96±2.55)°and(12.35±2.38)°,which were higher than(15.71±2.46)°and(10.62±2.33)°of the control group,respectively,the height of the radius was(12.64±2.39)mm,which was higher than(9.36±2.27)mm of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of the observation group was(76.76±3.85)d,which was shorter than(83.86±4.17)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The oblique T-shaped LCP volar approach has a significant effect on the treatment of distal radius fractures,which is beneficial to improve the wrist joint function,and the fracture healing and postoperative recovery time are shorter.
