摘要
目的探讨艾司奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁对胃溃疡伴出血患者免疫功能及溃疡愈合的影响.方法选取2019年1月—2021年5月我院收治的62例胃溃疡伴出血患者为研究对象,以随机数表法将其分成两组.对照组(n=31)采用艾司奥美拉唑治疗,观察组(n=31)在对照组基础上加用铝碳酸镁治疗,均持续治疗12周.比较两组溃疡愈合效果、免疫功能、临床症状积分以及不良反应.结果观察组的溃疡愈合总有效率为93.55%,较对照组的70.97%更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)(75.34±2.37)%、CD4^(+)(45.39±2.21)%均高于对照组的(70.18±2.35)%、(40.35±2.19)%,CD8^(+)(27.17±2.01)%低于对照组的(31.39±2.07)%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组嗳气积分(0.63±0.11)分、腹痛积分(0.75±0.16)分、便血积分(0.81±0.21)分、呕血积分(0.51±0.15)分均低于对照组的(1.07±0.14)分、(1.23±0.21)分、(1.13±0.36)分、(1.01±0.21)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用艾司奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡伴出血患者,可提高溃疡愈合效果,改善免疫功能,减轻临床症状,且安全可靠.
Objective To investigate the effect of esomeprazole combined with magnesium aluminum carbonate on immune function and ulcer healing in patients with gastric ulcer accompanied by bleeding.Methods 62 patients with gastric ulcer accompanied by bleeding admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=31)was treated with esomeprazole,the observation group(n=31)was additionally treated with magnesium aluminum carbonate on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.The ulcer healing effect,immune function,clinical symptom score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of ulcer healing in the observation group was 93.55%,which was higher than 70.97%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the observation group were(75.34±2.37)%and(45.39±2.21)%,respectively,which were higher than(70.18±2.35)%and(40.35±2.19)%in the control group,CD8^(+)in the observation group was(27.17±2.01)%,which was lower than(31.39±2.07)%in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of belching,abdominal pain,hematochezia and hematemesis in the observation group were(0.63±0.11)points,(0.75±0.16)points,(0.81±0.21)points and(0.51±0.15)points,respectively,which were lower than(1.07±0.14)points,(1.23±0.21)points,(1.13±0.36)points and(1.01±0.21)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole combined with magnesium aluminum carbonate in the treatment of gastric ulcer accompanied by bleeding can improve the healing effect of ulcer,improve immune function,reduce clinical symptoms,and is safe and reliable.
