摘要
目的探讨伤科骨愈汤联合中药热奄包在胫腓骨骨折术后患者中的应用效果.方法选取2020年9月—2022年7月我院收治的88例胫腓骨骨折术后患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各44例.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用伤科骨愈汤联合中药热奄包治疗,均持续治疗4周,并随访3个月.对比两组肢体肿胀和疼痛程度、膝关节功能、生活质量及骨折愈合时间.结果治疗前,两组肢体肿胀和疼痛程度、膝关节功能、生活质量比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后,观察组肢体肿胀程度评分(0.43±0.10)分、疼痛视觉模拟评分(1.33±0.29)分,均低于对照组的(0.60±0.14)分、(1.88±0.33)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).随访3个月后,观察组的Lysholm膝关节评分(85.34±6.51)分、美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(81.04±5.33)分、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表中生理维度评分(85.12±4.53)分、心理维度评分(87.70±5.29)分、社会维度评分(86.28±5.19)分、环境维度评分(87.36±5.15)分,均高于对照组的(75.70±5.69)分、(72.48±6.70)分、(77.15±5.24)分、(82.17±5.68)分、(78.02±6.21)分、(80.27±5.79)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组骨折愈合时间(5.16±1.10)周,短于对照组的(7.55±1.38)周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论伤科骨愈汤联合中药热奄包能减轻胫腓骨骨折术后患者肢体肿胀、疼痛程度,加快骨折愈合与膝关节功能康复,提高生活质量.
Objective To investigate the effect of Shangke Guyu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao in patients after tibiofibular fracture surgery.Methods A total of 88 patients after tibiofibular fracture surgery admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with Shangke Guyu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks,and the follow-up was 3 months.The degree of limb swelling and pain,knee joint function,quality of life and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the degree of limb swelling and pain,knee joint function and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the degree of limb swelling score of the observation group(0.43±0.10)points and pain visual analogue scale score(1.33±0.29)points were lower than(0.60±0.14)points and(1.88±0.33)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,Lysholm knee score(85.34±6.51)points,knee score of American Hospital for Special Surgery(81.04±5.33)points,physiological dimension score(85.12±4.53)points,psychological dimension score(87.70±5.29)points,social dimension score(86.28±5.19)points,and environmental dimension scores(87.36±5.15)points of the World Health Organization quality of life scale in the observation were higher than(75.70±5.69)points,(72.48±6.70)points,(77.15±5.24)points,(82.17±5.68)points,(78.02±6.21)points,(80.27±5.79)points in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of the observation group was(5.16±1.10)weeks,which was shorter than(7.55±1.
