摘要
目的探讨团队协作式一体化急救护理在急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)患者中的应用效果.方法回顾性分析2021年6月—2022年7月我院收治的85例AOPP患者的临床资料,按不同急救护理方法将其分为对照组与观察组,将采取常规急救护理措施的42例患者纳入对照组,采取团队协作式一体化急救护理的43例患者纳入观察组.对比两组急诊救治效率及恢复情况﹑健康状况﹑并发症发生率及生存质量.结果观察组急救﹑意识恢复﹑中毒症状消失﹑胆碱酯酶恢复及住院时间均短于对照组,急性生理与慢性健康状况评分﹑并发症发生率均低于对照组,随访3个月世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论团队协作式一体化急救护理可以缩短急性AOPP患者急救时间,加快病情恢复,改善机体健康水平,减少并发症的发生,利于预后.
Objective To explore the effect of teamwork integrated emergency nursing in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP).Methods The clinical data of 85 AOPP patients admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different emergency nursing methods.A total of 42 patients who took routine emergency nursing measures were included in the control group,and 43 patients who took teamwork integrated emergency nursing were included in the observation group.The emergency treatment efficiency and recovery,health status,incidence of complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The first aid,recovery of consciousness,disappearance of poisoning symptoms,recovery of cholinesterase and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,acute physiology and chronic health evaluation score and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group,and the World Health Organization Quality of Life with 100 question score after 3 months of follow-up was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Teamwork integrated emergency nursing can shorten the emergency time of acute AOPP patients,speed up the recovery of the condition,improve the health level of the body,reduce the occurrence of complications,and facilitate the prognosis.
