摘要
目的观察呼吸功能锻炼器配合肺功能康复训练在胸腔镜下肺癌根治术后患者康复治疗中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2022年1月—2023年1月于我院行胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的60例患者的病例资料。根据干预方法不同将其分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规康复干预,观察组采用呼吸功能锻炼器配合肺功能康复训练,对比两组肺功能、活动能力、并发症。结果干预后,两组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、最大通气量(MVV)均较干预前缩小,但观察组FEV_(1)、FVC、MVV变化幅度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组Borg评分均较干预前升高,但观察组Borg评分(1.11±0.21)分低于对照组的(1.84±0.38)分,6 min步行距离(6MWD)较干预前有所缩短,但观察组6MWD长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率3.33%低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸功能锻炼器配合肺功能康复训练能够有效改善胸腔镜下肺癌根治术后患者的肺功能与活动能力,且并发症发生率低。
Objective To observe the effect of respiratory function exercise device combined with pulmonary function rehabilitation training in the rehabilitation treatment of patients after thoracoscopic radical lung cancer surgery.Methods The data of 60 patients who underwent thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases each.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group was treated with respiratory function exerciser combined with lung function rehabilitation training.The lung function,activity ability and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1))and maximum ventilation volume(MVV)of the two groups were reduced compared with those before the intervention,but the changes of FEV_(1),FVC and MVV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Borg scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,but the Borg score of the observation group(1.11±0.21)points was lower than(1.84±0.38)points of the control group,and the 6-minute walk distance(6MWD)was shorter than that before intervention,but the 6MWD of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 30.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory function exercisers combined with lung function rehabilitation training can effectively improve the lung function and mobility of patients after thoracoscopic radical lung cancer surgery,and the incidence of complications is low.
