摘要
目的探讨分层次个性化健康干预联合认知心理护理在子宫内膜癌(EC)化疗患者中的应用。方法选择2020年7月—2022年11月临沂市肿瘤医院收治的80例EC化疗患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行分层次个性化健康干预联合认知心理护理干预,两组干预12周。比较两组的心理状态、应对方式及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组汉密顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表、医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)中回避与屈服评分均低于对照组,MCMQ中面对评分、生活质量调查表各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在EC化疗患者中应用分层次个性化健康干预联合认知心理护理干预可有效改善患者的心理状态,调节其应对方式,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the application of hierarchical personalized health intervention combined with cognitive psychological nursing in patients with endometrial cancer(EC)undergoing chemotherapy.Methods Selecting 80 EC chemotherapy patients admitted to Linyi Cancer Hospital from July 2020 to November 2022 as the research subjects,divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received hierarchical personalized health intervention combined with cognitive psychological nursing intervention,two groups intervention for 12 weeks.Compare the psychological status,coping styles,and quality of life between two groups.Results After intervention,the avoidance and surrender scores in the Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Hamilton Depression Scale,and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ)of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the face to face score in MCMQ and Quality of Life Questionnaire scores were higher than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical personalized health intervention combined with cognitive psychological nursing intervention in endometrial cancer chemotherapy patients can effectively improve their psychological status,regulate their coping styles,and improve their quality of life.
