摘要
目的分析气阴两虚型肺间质纤维化患者采用保真汤治疗的效果.方法选取2018年9月—2020年12月潍坊市中医院收治的80例气阴两虚型肺间质纤维化患者为研究对象,以随机抽签法将其分为对照组及观察组,每组40例.对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用保真汤治疗.比较两组的治疗效果.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).治疗后,观察组的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))及FEV_(1)/FVC水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);观察组的各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);观察组的生活质量综合评定问卷中各项评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论气阴两虚型肺间质纤维化患者采用保真汤治疗的效果显著,可改善其肺功能,减轻症状,提高生活质量,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To analyze the effect of Baozhen Decoction in the treatment of Qi-Yin deficiency pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.Methods 80 patients with Qi-Yin deficiency pulmonary interstitial fibrosis admitted to Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random drawing method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Baozhen Decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the levels of forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1))and FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the scores of TCM syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the scores of generic quality of life inventory-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The effect of Baozhen Decoction in patients with Qi-Yin deficiency pulmonary interstitial fibrosis is remarkable,which can improve their lung function,alleviate symptoms and improve life quality,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
