基于健康生态学理论的多模式宣教结合肺康复训练对肺结核患者心理状态、肺功能恢复的影响

The Impact of Multimodal Education Combined with Pulmonary Rehabilitation Training Based on Health Ecology Theory on the Psychological Status and Pulmonary Function Recovery of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients

摘要 目的探讨基于健康生态学理论的多模式宣教结合肺康复训练在肺结核患者中的应用效果.方法选取2021年9月—2023年7月我院收治的70例肺结核患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例.对照组采用肺康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上加用基于健康生态学理论的多模式宣教.对比两组的康复依从性、心理状态、肺功能指标及生活质量.结果观察组康复依从性为94.29%,高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、圣乔治呼吸问卷评分均低于对照组,用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论基于健康生态学理论的多模式宣教结合肺康复训练能增强肺结核患者的康复依从性,改善心理状态与肺功能,可提高生活质量. Objective To explore the application effect of multimodal education combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training based on the theory of health ecology in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Selecting 70 pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to July 2023 as the research subjects,divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received lung rehabilitation training,while the observation group added a multimodal education based on health ecology theory to the control group.Compare rehabilitation compliance,psychological status,lung function indicators,and quality of life between two groups.Results The rehabilitation compliance of the observation group was 94.29%,higher than 77.14%of the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had lower scores on the Self Rating Anxiety Scale,Self Rating Depression Scale,and St.George's Respiratory Questionnaire compared to the control group,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume at 1 second(FEV_(1)),and FEV_(1)/FVC were higher than in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimodal education combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training based on health ecology theory can enhance the rehabilitation compliance of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,improve their psychological state and lung function,and improve their quality of life.
