摘要
目的观察肌骨超声定位下体外冲击波联合磁振热治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床效果.方法选取2022年7月—2023年12月广东药科大学附属第一医院收治的66例肱骨外上髁炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组33例.对照组采用手法康复训练联合磁振热治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用体外冲击波治疗.比较两组患者的疼痛程度、肘关节功能、患肢手臂力量及临床疗效.结果治疗后,研究组的疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的纽约特种外科医院肘关节评分系统评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的握力指数大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的治疗总有效率为93.94%,高于对照组的75.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论肌骨超声引导下体外冲击波联合磁振热治疗肱骨外上髁炎可更有效地缓解患者疼痛,改善其握力并恢复肘关节功能,提高临床疗效.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave based on musculoskeletal ultrasound localization combined with magnetic resonance heating in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis.Methods 66 patients with external humeral epicondylitis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from July 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and a research group according to random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received manual rehabilitation training combined with magnetic resonance heating,and the research group received extracorporeal shock wave therapy on the basis of the control group.The pain level,elbow joint function,arm strength and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the pain visual analogue score of the research group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital for special surgery assessment scale of elbow joint score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The grip strength index of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was 93.94%,higher than 75.76%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave based on musculoskeletal ultrasound localization combined with magnetic resonance heating in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis can more effectively relieve pain,improve grip strength and restore elbow joint function,and improve clinical efficacy.
