摘要
为准确分析非正弦周期性纱疵产生的原因和部位,介绍单纯使用波谱图判断非正弦周期性纱疵的弊端,通过罗拉嵌花衣、粗纱前胶辊和下胶圈损伤、牵伸区控制状态不良、粗纱附入性纱疵、筒纱淋水等案例,阐述综合分析纱疵的方法.指出:非正弦周期性纱疵会被分解成一系列正弦波的叠加,单纯使用机械波与基波的比例关系来判断纱疵的危害性往往会造成误判,应结合不匀曲线图、DR值曲线图、长度—变异曲线图、电清切疵分级图等图形的特征进行综合分析判断,以提高波谱图分析准确性,加强纺织企业周期性纱疵控制工作.
For the accurate analysis of the causes and parts of non-sinusoidal periodic yarn defect,the disadvantage of using only spectrum to judge the defect of non-sinusoidal periodic yarn is introduced,and the general analysis method of yarn defects are elaborated through cases such as roller inlaying blouse,front cots and lower aprons of roving damage,bad condition of draft zone control,attached yarn defects of roving and water pouring cheese.It is pointed out that the non-sinusoidal periodic yarn defects will be broken down into a series of sine wave superposition,and simply use the ratio relations of mechanical wave and base wave to determine the harmfulness of yarn defects often can cause miscarriage,so comprehensive analysis and judgment should be carried out combined with characteristics of graphics such as uneven curve,DR value curve,length-variation curve,electric cleaning cutting faults classification figure,to improve the spectrogram analysis accuracy,and strengthen the control of periodical yarn defects in textile enterprises.
