摘要
对多球中子谱仪进行刻度是保证测量结果准确可靠的重要前提.本次刻度实验利用中国原子能科学研究院^(241)Am-Be强中子源,测量了多球中子谱仪内含3He管探测效率.通过多球中子谱仪各中子球单独测量^(241)Am-Be强中子源,结合影锥法扣除散射本底,得到了^(241)Am-Be源能谱.基于刻度实验能谱与参考能谱比对,计算出多球中子谱仪剂量率刻度系数.基于中子球计数率不确定度估计了多球中子谱仪剂量不确定度.实验结果表明,所刻度的多球中子谱仪能够准确测量快中子场能谱.
Calibration of Bonner Sphere Spectrometer(BSS)is an important prerequisite to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement results.In this calibration experiment,a strong^(241)Am-Be source located in China Institute of Atomic Energy was used to measure the detection efficiency of~3He tubes within the BSS.By measuring the^(241)Am-Be source with each neutron sphere of the BSS and using the shadow-cone technique to deduct the scattering background,the energy spectrum of the^(241)Am-Be source was obtained.By comparing the spectrum obtained with the reference energy spectrum,the dose rate calibration factor was calculated.The fluctuation of dose response of BSS was analyzed based on the uncertainty of neutron sphere counting rate.Results show that the calibrated BSS can measure the energy spectrum of fast neutron field accurately.
