摘要
为确保联勤保障中心装备时刻保持良好的技术状态,为联勤保障部队更好地实施联勤保障和战略战役支援保障提供重要的物质支撑,围绕联勤保障中心装备保障职能定位,提出联勤保障中心装备维护管理平台设计原则.分别从普通用户和管理用户角度,提出联勤保障中心装备维护管理用户需求,按照装备借用维护管理、信息查询和操作流程等模块进行平台总体设计.
In order to ensure the equipment of the joint service support center to maintain a good technical condition at all times and provide important material support for the better implementation of joint service support and strategic campaign support,this paper firstly proposes the design principle of the equipment maintenance management platform of the joint service support center around the equipment support function positioning of the joint service support center.Then,it proposes the users requirements of the joint service support center from the perspective of common users and management users respectively,and conducts the overall design of the platform according to the modules of equipment borrowing maintenance management,information query and operation process.
