摘要
随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,城市建设重心由"完善设施"转向"精细化",对城市、街区的建设提出了高标准、高品质的要求.首先,提出品质街区建设在新时代背景下的新目标、新模式;其次,分析总结国内外品质街区建设的经验;再次,以深圳前海品质街区提升工程为例,提出街区品质提升背景下新的工作思路,分享品质街区工程实践经验,探索品质街区建设新技术路径;最后,结合品质街区实践经验,提出进一步的工作思考,为后续品质街区提升工程提供参考建议.
With the accelerating process of urbanization in China,the focus of urban construction has shifted from"improving facilities"to"refined design",which puts forward high standards and high-quality requirements for the construction of cities and blocks.Firstly,the new objectives and new models of quality block construction are put forward under the background of the new era.Secondly,the experience of quality block construction at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized.Thirdly,taking Shenzhen Qianhai quality block improvement project as an example,which puts forward new working ideas under the background of block quality improvement,shares the practical experience of building quality block project,and explores the new technical path of quality block construction.Finally,combined with the practical experience of quality block,further work thinking is put forward,and some suggestions are provided for the follow-up quality improvement project.
