摘要
为引导产业型小城镇综合交通得到有效提升和改善,研究新发展时期的交通发展要求,剖析产业型小城镇的交通发展特征和存在问题,提出产业型小城镇综合交通改善提升策略.首先,分析国土空间规划和各层次相关规划对小城镇交通提出的发展要求;其次,通过现场调研、手机信令聚合分析和交通卡口溯源分析等方法剖析产业型小城镇交通建设与运行发展特征,明确发展存在的关键问题;最后,从交通出行模式、多元公交供给、货运交通组织、交通微治理、慢行出行环境等方面提出提升策略.
In order to effectively enhance and improve the comprehensive traffic of industrial towns,study the traffic development requirements in new era,analyze traffic development characteristics and problems of indsturial towns and present comprehensive traffic improving strategy.Firstly,analyze the traffic requirements which is put forward by the national spatial planning and all levels related plans.Secondly,analyze the development characteristics of traffic construction and operation in industrial towns by means of mobile phone signaling aggregation analysis,traffic latch tracing analysis and field research,and identify the key problems in the development.Finally,the improvement strategies are proposed from the aspects of diversified transportation modes,bus supply,freight transportation organization,micro-governance and slow travel environment.
