摘要
新时期,高校教师队伍的思想政治水平直接反映高校教师的软实力,更反映高校长远发展的内在潜力.因此高校教师的思想政治工作必须作为高校的基础性工作,深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,加强教师队伍的职业信念教育、师德师风教育、品德修养教育等.高校也应当为教师队伍的思想政治教育完善教育机制,加强平台建设,创新工作机制.本文就新时期高校思想政治工作面临的挑战展开论述,分析了高校加强机制建设,加强教师队伍思想政治工作,铸就高水平教师人才队伍的有效路径.
In the new era,the ideological and political level of college teachers directly reflects the soft power of college teachers,and more reflects the internal potential of the long-term development of colleges and universities.Therefore,the ideological and political work of university teachers must be the basic work of colleges and universities.We should thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics,strengthen the professional belief education of teachers,moral education and moral character education.Colleges and universities should also improve the education mechanism for the ideological and political education of teachers,strengthen the platform construction,and innovate the working mechanism.This paper discusses the challenges faced by the ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era,and analyzes the effective ways to strengthen the mechanism construction,strengthen the ideological and political work of teachers and build a high level of teachers'talents.
