摘要
教育管理心理学是目前在高校中应用较为广泛的一种管理方法,通过以学生的心理活动为研究对象,对学生的日常学习、生活、工作进行管理,能够有效调动学生的积极性,进一步提高和改善学生的学习效率、生活态度和工作能力.但是,高校在运用教育管理心理学进行管理时,仍存在一定的缺陷,导致学生未能得到真正的帮助,使教育管理心理学在高校心理学管理中形同摆设.因此,为有效提高教育管理心理学的应用效果,本文主要以新时期为背景,通过分析教育管理心理学在高效学生管理工作的运用,提出相关措施和建议,使高校学生管理得到有效提高.
Educational management psychology is a kind of management method widely used in Colleges and universities at present.By taking students'psychological activities as the research object and managing students'daily study,life and work,it can effectively mobilize students'enthusiasm and further improve students'learning efficiency,life attitude and working ability.However,there are still some defects in the use of educational management psychology in the management of colleges and universities,which leads to the students'failure to get real help and the formation of educational management psychology in the psychological management of colleges and universities.Therefore,in order to effectively improve the application effect of educational management psychology,this paper mainly takes the new era as the background,through analyzing the application of educational management psychology in efficient student management,puts forward relevant measures and suggestions,so as to effectively improve the management of college students.
