摘要
梳理了当施工单位遭遇重大设计变更时应采取的举措以保证工程进度,阐述了当施工单位遭遇重大设计变更时需开展的商务工作以增加收益,所取得的经验教训可为今后遭遇同类情况时参考.
This paper combs the measures that should be taken when the construction party faces major design changes to ensure the project progress,and expounds the respective commercial work to be carried out so as to increase the profits.The experience and lessons obtained can be referred for similar situations in the future.
