摘要
为了获得金属材料更加优秀的性能,人们通常采用热处理的方式对材料进行改性,使材料的性质和性能得到提高。这种在特定温度下的热处理和淬火过程中,金属的分子发生改变。但是应为这种改变,材料可能会发生一些不期望的形变,在这篇文章中,我们讨论了热处理过程中金属变形的原因和简单地应对方法,希望对从业者提供一些帮助。
In order to obtain more excellent performance of metal materials,people usually use heat treatment to modify the material to improve the properties and performance of the material.During this heat treatment and quenching process at a specific temperature,the metal molecules change.However,due to this change,some undesirable deformation may occur in the material.In this article,we discussed the causes of metal deformation during heat treatment and simple countermeasures,hoping to provide some help to practitioners.
