摘要
采用Fluent流体力学计算软件,重点研究了激振力对离心机内部流场中各个方向流速的影响,计算表明激振力的施加明显改善了切向和轴向的流体速度,速度增幅达61.1%,其中切向速度增幅达31.8%,对于架桥现象的解决具有重要意义,对振动式离心机的内流场改善明显,对振动式离心机的设计以及内流场的研究具有重要的意义.
Filtering centrifuge Sichuan University of Science&Engineering as traditional solid-liquid separation device is widely used in several sectors,for solid-liquid separation of ultrafine particles generally adopt vibrating fitering centrifuge to complete into the liquid-solid two phase separation,fluid mechanics calculation using Fluent software,this paper mainly studies the exciting force of centrifuge internal flow field of the influence of flow velocity in all directions,calculation shows that the vibration force impose significantly improve tangential and axial flow speed,speed the growth rate of 61.1%,the tangential growth rate 31.8%and is of great significance to solve this bridge phenomenon,to improve the flow field in the vibrating centrifuge,It is of great significance to the design of vibration centrifuge and the study of internal flow field.
