摘要
计算机技术使人文学者在指尖之间获得了很多始料未及的新研究机遇.当今人文研究面临两种选择:继续定位为自然科学的对立面,或与自然科学成为一个整体,从而成为"精准人文".虽然学习新技术工具等并非易事,但学界对数字人文的接受程度正在提高.数字人文将来可能会成为一种专业信息学,也可能内化成为人文研究自然而然的组成部分.因为数字人文的出现及发展,人文研究正处于一个具有启发性时代的开端.
Computer technology puts many new and unexpected research possibilities at our fingertips,also for scholarly research.Today’s humanities face two choices:Remaining as the antithesis of natural science,or integrating with it and transforming into“Exact Humanities”.Learning new technologies has never been easy,yet the acceptance of Digital Humanities(DH)is growing in the academia.DH might become a kind of specialized informatics,and it may also turn into a natural part of humanistic research in the future.Because of DH,humanities research is right at the beginning of an inspiring era.
