风电场P&H型灌注桩后张拉风机基础施工技术研究

摘要 风电场P&H型灌注桩后张拉风机基础是一种不同于传统风机基础的新型承力结构,广泛适应湿陷性黄土地质条件,施工周期短、造价低、性价比高.结合固原天润三营镇风电场三期50MW工程中24台金风121-2000-85风机基础工程实践,在分析研究风电场风机基础现状及趋势、后张拉风机基础技术原理、施工流程及风险控制的基础上,重点介绍从施工准备、基坑开挖、垫层砼施工、外筒安装、外筒外部砼浇筑、工装支架系统及高强螺杆安装、内筒安装及回填、内外筒间砼浇筑、灌浆施工到后张拉等主要施工工序的技术和质量控制措施,旨在为以后类似工程施工提供借鉴. Different from the conventional wind turbine foundation,the Patrick and Henderson casted-in pile foundation(P&H foundation)by post-tensioning for wind plants,as a novel type of load-carrying structure design,is widely applicable to the geological conditions of collapsible loess,it has features of short construction period,low cost and competitive price-performance ratio.Taking into account the foundation construction practice for the twenty-four GOLDWIND 1212000-85 m wind turbines in the 50MW Tianrun Wind Plant Project in Sanying Town,Guyuan(Phase m),on the basis of the study and analysis of the current situation and trend of wind turbine foundation in wind plants and technical principle of wind turbine foundation by post-tensioning as well as progress and risk control in the construction process,the author focused on the techniques and quality control in the main construction work procedures from construction preparation,excavation of foundation pits,pouring of bearing pad concrete,erection of outer cylinder,pouring of surrounding concrete of outer cylinder,installation of toling bracket system and high-strength bolts,erection and backflling of inner cylinder,concrete pouring between inner and outer cylinders,grouting and post-tensioning,aiming to offer references for similar works in the future.
