摘要
目的探讨改良导管维护方式在血液透析患者cuff导管护理中的应用效果.方法对34例留置cuff导管的透析患者,根据导管维护方式有无敷料覆盖分为两组,对两组白细胞计数、C反应蛋白结果、费用等指标进行对比.结果两组白细胞计数、C反应蛋白结果无显著性差异(P>0.05),改良组费用较低(P<0.05).结论留置cuff导管行长期透析患者,无覆盖无菌敷贴导管维护方式较优.
Objective To explore the effect of improved catheter maintenance in the nursing of cuff catheter in hemodialysis patients.Methods 34 dialysis patients with cuff catheter were divided into two groups according to the maintenance mode of catheter and whether it was covered with dressing.The indexes such as leukocyte count,C-reactive protein results and cost were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in leukocyte count and C-reactive protein between the two groups(P>0.05),and the cost of the improved group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The maintenance method of non-covered sterile applicator catheter is better in patients with long-term dialysis.
