抗冲击硅树脂的研制

摘要 以聚酯树脂和硅树脂预聚物为原料,通过共缩聚反应制备了抗冲击性能好、粘接力强、硬度较高的改性硅树脂,并以其为基料,添加填料后制备出抗冲击有机硅涂料.研究了配方及反应条件对硅树脂性能的影响. Themodified silicone resins which had excellent impact resistance,high hardness and perfect adhesion,were synthesized with the hydrolysis-polycondensation from organic resin and silicone intermediate.In this paper,the effects of raw materials,reaction process on the properties of silicone resin were discussed.Then,the coating with excellent impact resistance was prepared by adding fillers in the silicone resin,and the properties of the coating were tested.
