摘要
在浓度1 mol/L硝酸作用下,对户外复合绝缘子用硅橡胶的外观、力学性能、质量变化率和水平接触角等性能进行了研究.结果表明,硝酸的侵蚀会使硅橡胶的硬度升高,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率降低,质量损失率增大,水平接触角减小,同时表面出现裂纹或黑色孔洞.
The appearance,mechanical properties,mass change rate and horizontal contact angle of sili-cone rubber for outdoor composite insulator were studied under the action of 1 mol/L nitric acid.Results show that due to the erosion of nitric acid,the hardness of silicone rubber increases,and its strength and elongation at break decreases,the mass loss rate increases,the horizontal contact angle decreases,while the surface of silicone rubber appears cracks or black holes.
