摘要
目的探讨精细化护理对老年重症糖尿病足伤口患者的护理效果.方法:选择2018年7月~2019年6月于我院进行治疗的老年重症糖尿病足伤口患者62例,采用数字法将患者随机分为对照组和观察组各31例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受精细化护理,比较两组患者进行护理前后创面修复因子水平.结果护理前两组患者的bFGF、EGF和VEGF水平比较均不具有统计学意义(P﹥0.05),护理后观察组患者的bFGF、EGF和VEGF水平均高于对照组患者(P<0.05).结论精细化护理能够提高老年重症糖尿病足伤口的创面修复因子水平,促进足伤口的恢复.
Objective To explore the effect of elaborate nursing care on elderly patients wi th severe diabetic foot wounds.Methods 62 elderly patients wi th severe diabetic foot wounds who were treated in our hospi tal from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of 31 cases by digital method.The control group received routine care.The observation group received refined care and compared the levels of wound repair factors before and after the two groups of patients.Results The levels of bFGF,EGF and VEGF in the two groups of patients before nursing were not statistically signi ficant(>0.05).The levels of bFGF,EGF and VEGF in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group(<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing can improve the level of wound repair factor in elderly diabetic foot wounds and promote the recovery of foot wounds.
